Return Policy

At BoldricPrints, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns on select products such as non-embroidered, non-altered, or unused items within 14 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a receipt or after 14 days from the original delivery date. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

❌ No returns accepted on:

• Custom orders
• Embroidered or personalized items
• Altered, laundered, or used products
• Items with damage, odors, stains, or markings
• Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including face masks

If your return shows signs of use, it will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. The item will be returned to you.

📦 Return Shipping:

Please use insured USPS with Return Receipt, UPS, or FedEx for return shipments. If purchased from a third-party or trusted partner, please contact them directly — we do not accept returns for items not purchased directly from BoldricPrints.

Placing an order indicates your acceptance of the BoldricPrints Return Policy.

Returns Process

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Item must:

1. 1. Be in original condition
   2. Be defective or not as described

To cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.

❌ No refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes or colors
• Used merchandise
• Orders with coupon codes or sale items

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund timing: 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

Order Changes

All change requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
If the order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

• Tax, shipping, and handling do not qualify for discounts.
• Offers not valid on previous purchases.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Valid on in-stock items only.
• No rain checks.

BoldricPrints makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the item.
We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
