Our Essential Heavy Tee is an affordable choice for your custom plus size prints. This budget-friendly shirt is perfect for one-off wears, gag shirts, and small (or large) events where a more premium quality result is not required. This style is in stock in our Brisbane warehouse and can be printed in 3-5 business days. Add our RUSH service for same day printing (when ordered before 12pm Monday-Friday). Artwork Guidelines

Max print area for garments: 35cm W x 45cm H (artwork is resized to suit your garment size)
If your artwork is placed outside of our guidelines it will be cut off. Read our full guidelines here.
PNG file preferred with a transparent background, JPG is also accepted but will require the background to be removed. If you can not do this yourself please contact us PRIOR to placing your order.
Do not upload any other file types such as PDF, SVG, EPS etc. Printing full colour photographs with a background is OK!
Save files at the highest resolution possible (between 200 to 300 DPI) and at the largest size possible to accommodate any resizing involved. For DTG, we can print below 150 DPI but this may result in an overall 'soft' image.
For DTF all artwork MUST be between 200 to 300 DPI. Fine lines and small details should also be between 1-2mm thick.

What print method do you use?

We specialise in direct to garment printing which is a very similar concept to your at home digital printer. It involves the use of ink that is sprayed directly onto your garment which is then quickly absorbed into the fabric. For coloured garments an underbase is first applied to help the coloured ink pop on top. Only select styles (AS Colour Heavy tees and tanks + faded tees and tanks) will be printed using our direct to film print method.

Can bring my own apparel/merchandise for you to print on?

No, we do not print on supplied garments. We only print on items we have thoroughly tried and tested so that we can guarantee you the best possible print result. We have discounted rates with all our major wholesalers, so you can be sure you're getting a great deal.

Can I get a a better deal if I buy more than 10 items?

Yes, absolutely! We have bulk discounts in place to support our customers that order in larger quantities. This is our discount breakdown (discount excludes RUSH fees and extra sided prints). 10+ items = 10% off 20+ items = 15% off 50+ items = 20% off

Can I have different items in my order to reach the discounts?

Yes of course! You can have a range of styles, colours, sizes and designs in your order to hit our bulk discount ranges.

Can I combine multiple orders or add to my order?

We unfortunately can not add to or combine orders, please double-check your cart before checking out! We can only accommodate order changes if you need size, colour or style adjustments (not added).
